May Allah bless someone who hears a hadith from us and memorizes it until he communicate it to someone else. For there may be a knowledgeable carrier who is not knowledgeable, and there may be a knowledgeable carrier to someone who is more knowledgeable than him.
While the Messenger of Allah was sitting in the mosque with people, three people approached. They then stood before the Messenger of Allah. One of them saw a path to some space, so he sat in it. The other sat behind people. As for the third, he turned and went away. When the Messenger of Allah finished, he said: Shall I not tell you about the three people? One of them sought refuge with Allah, so Allah sheltered him (helped him finding a place to sit in). The other felt shy, so Allah appreciated his shyness. As for the other, he turned away, so Allah turned away from him.
Envy should not be permissible except in two cases: a man to whom Allah has given wealth, and he spends it righteously, and a man to whom Allah has given wisdom, so he judges according to it and teaches it to people.
The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) was asked: Who is the most honorable of people? He said: The most pious. They said: We are not asking you about that. He said: Then Joseph, the Prophet of Allah, the son of the Prophet of Allah [Jacob], the son of the Friend of Allah [Abraham]. They said: We are not asking you about that. He said: Then you are asking me about the essence of Arabs [people]. The best of them in the pre-Islamic times of ignorance are the best of them in Islam, provided they have acquired the knowledge and understanding of the religion.
When Allah wants goodness for a slave, he grants him understanding of the religion.
