(93) But whoever kills a believer intentionally - his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him and has cursed him and has prepared for him a great punishment.
A person [believer] will continue to be within the scope of Allah's mercy as long as he does not shed unlawful blood.
If someone's relative is killed, he has two options: either he may retaliate, or he may take a ransom.
