'Umar ibn Al-Khattab donated a horse in the cause of Allah. Later, he found it being sold, and he wanted to buy it. So he asked the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) about that. The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: Do not buy it and do not take back your charity.
