The Prophet (PBUH) did not enter a house in Medina other than the house of Um Suleim, except for the houses of his wives. When asked about it, he said: I feel compassion for her; her brother was killed while fighting under my command.
I saw myself entering Paradise, and there was Ar-Rumeisa', the wife of Abu Talhah. Then I heard a rustling in front of me, so I asked: Who is this, O Gabriel? He replied: This is Bilal. Then I saw a white palace with a maid in its courtyard. I asked: Whose palace is this? He replied: It is for 'Umar ibn Al-Khattab. I wanted to enter and look at it, but then I remembered your gheirah (protective jealousy) 'Umar said: May my father and mother be sacrificed for you, O Messenger of Allah! Would I ever feel that way of you?!
