He said in the Tashahhud: Greetings to Allah, prayers, and good words/deeds. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and Allah's mercy and blessings. Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of God. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is his servant and Messenger.

When the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) sat in prayer, he would place his left foot under his right thigh and leg, spread his right foot, place his left hand on his left knee, place his right hand on his right thigh, and point with his finger. Abdul Wahid showed us and pointed with his index finger.
