(69) O you who have believed, be not like those who abused Moses; then Allah cleared him of what they said. And he, in the sight of Allah, was distinguished.
(14) Say, [O Muhammad], to those who have believed that they [should] forgive those who expect not the days of Allah so that He may recompense a people for what they used to earn.
(20) Those who believe say, "Why has a surah not been sent down? But when a precise surah is revealed and fighting is mentioned therein, you see those in whose hearts is hypocrisy looking at you with a look of one overcome by death. And more appropriate for them [would have been]. (21) Obedience and good words. And when the matter [of fighting] was determined, if they had been true to Allah, it would have been better for them.
The children of Israel used to bathe naked, looking at each other’s private parts. Moses used to bathe alone, so they said: By Allah, nothing prevents Moses from taking bath along with us; but scrotal hernia. One day he went to take a bath and put his clothes on a stone, but the stone ran away with his clothes. So Moses jumped in his wake, saying: My clothes. Stone! My clothes. Stone! Until the children of Israel looked at Moses' private parts and said: By Allah, nothing is wrong with Moses. Narrator said: Then the stone stopped after Moses was looked at. So Moses took his clothes and started hitting the stone. Abu Huraira said: By Allah, there were six or seven scars on that stone made by Moses punches.
