People should be led in prayer by the one who is most well-versed in the Book of Allah -Qur'an- and the oldest among them in reciting it. If they are equally versed in recitation, then the earliest among them to emigrate. If they have emigrated at the same time, then the oldest in age among them. A man should not be led -by another- in prayer among his family or in a place under his authority, and no one should sit in his privilaged place of honor in his house unless he gives you permission or except with his permission.
