The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) used to recite in the two -supererogatory- rak'ahs before Al-Fajr: {We believe in Allah and in what was revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael} [Al-Baqarah:136] until the end of the verse. In the otehr: {We believe in Allah, so bear witness that we have submitted} [Al-'imran: 52].
