Whenever the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) is set out on a journey, he would say: O Allah, you are the companion in the journey and the one who watch over family. O Allah, escort us in our travel and take our places in our family. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from hardships of travel, gloomy return, relapse after progress, the supplication of the one who has been wronged, and seeing some calamity befall my family or wealth.
