I said to Abu Jumu'ah, one of the Companions: Tell us a hadith you heard from the Messenger of Allah (PBUH). He replied: Yes, I will tell you a good hadith. We had lunch with the Messenger of Allah (PBUH), and with us was Abu 'Ubeidah ibn Al-Jarrah. Abu 'Ubeidah said: O Messenger of Allah, is there anyone better than us? We have embraced Islam with you and fought alongside you.' The Prophet (PBUH) said: Yes, there will be people after you who will believe in me, even though they have not seen me.
