Bathing on Friday is mandatory for everyone who has reached the age of puberty.

If one of you is to come to Friday -prayer-, let him bathe.

On Friday, whoever washes and bathes, goes out early, sits close -to imam- and listens, and does not engage in idle talks, will have for every step -to the mosque- the reward of a year's worth of fasting and supererogatory night praying.

No man bathes on Friday, purifies/cleans himself as much as he can, applies some of his perfume oils, or some of his household perfume, goes out -to the mosque and sits without squeezing between two people, prays as much supererogatory rak'ahs as Allah's wills for him, and then listens attentively when the imam starts to speak, except that he will be forgiven for what is between this Friday and the other (previous/next) Friday.
