The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) sent eighteen -sacrificial- camels with a man, and put him in charge of them, so he set off and then returned to him and said: What should I do if any of them collapsed because of exhaustion? So he said: Slaughter it, dye their soles in their blood, and then put them on their humps, and neither you nor any of your companions should eat from it.
