(31) Say, [O Muhammad], "If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. (32) Say, "Obey Allah and the Messenger." But if they turn away - then indeed, Allah does not like the disbelievers.
(132) And obey Allah and the Messenger that you may obtain mercy.
(59) O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result.
(69) And whoever obeys Allah and the Messenger - those will be with the ones upon whom Allah has bestowed favor of the prophets, the steadfast affirmers of truth, the martyrs and the righteous. And excellent are those as companions. (70) That is the bounty from Allah, and sufficient is Allah as Knower.
(80) He who obeys the Messenger has obeyed Allah; but those who turn away - We have not sent you over them as a guardian.
(7) And remember the favor of Allah upon you and His covenant with which He bound you when you said, "We hear and we obey"; and fear Allah. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of that within the breasts.
(92) And obey Allah and obey the Messenger and beware. And if you turn away - then know that upon Our Messenger is only [the responsibility for] clear notification.
(20) O you who have believed, obey Allah and His Messenger and do not turn from him while you hear [his order]. (21) And do not be like those who say, "We have heard," while they do not hear.
(24) Say, [O Muhammad], "If your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your wives, your relatives, wealth which you have obtained, commerce wherein you fear decline, and dwellings with which you are pleased are more beloved to you than Allah and His Messenger and jihad in His cause, then wait until Allah executes His command. And Allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people.
(52) And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger and fears Allah and is conscious of Him - it is those who are the attainers.
(54) Say, "Obey Allah and obey the Messenger; but if you turn away - then upon him is only that [duty] with which he has been charged, and upon you is that with which you have been charged. And if you obey him, you will be [rightly] guided. And there is not upon the Messenger except the [responsibility for] clear notification.
(71) He will [then] amend for you your deeds and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly attained a great attainment.
(22) So would you perhaps, if you turned away, cause corruption on earth and sever your [ties of] relationship? (23) Those [who do so] are the ones that Allah has cursed, so He deafened them and blinded their vision.
(33) O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and do not invalidate your deeds.
(12) And obey Allah and obey the Messenger; but if you turn away - then upon Our Messenger is only [the duty of] clear notification.
None of you will have faith until I am dearer to him than his wealth, his family, and all people.
Whoever obeys me has obeyed Allah, and whoever disobeys me has disobeyed Allah, and whoever obeys the commander has obeyed me, and whoever disobeys the commander has disobeyed me.
I heard the Prophet saying while he was standing at Arafat: If an Ethiopian slave has been made your commander, listen to him and obey as long as he leads you according to the Book of Allah Almighty.
