The Prophet (PBUH) used to visit Um Suleim, who had a young son called Abu 'Umeir. The Prophet (PBUH) used to say: O Abu 'Umeir, what did the little bird do? Narrator said: A little bird that he plays with. And the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) used to visit Um Suleim sometimes and talk to her, and then the time for prayer became due, so he would pray on a mat, which was a straw mat, and sprinkle it with water.
