A Bedouin came to the door of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and peeped through a crack. The Prophet (PBUH) saw him, so he headed to him with an iron rod or a stick to put his eye out. When the man saw Prophet (PBUH), he shrank back. The Prophet (PBUH) said to him: If you had not move, I would have gouged your eye out.
