On the Day of Resurrection, people would surge against each other like waves. Then Adam will be approached and it will be said to Him: O Adam, intercede for your offspring. He will reply: I am not for it, but you should go to Abraham, for he is the friend of the Most Merciful. Abraham will be approached and he will reply: I am not for it, but you should ask Moses, for he is the One with whom Allah spoke. Then Moses will be approached, and he will reply: I am not for it, but you should ask Jesus, for he is the Spirit of Allah and his Word. So Jesus will be approached and he will reply: I am not for it, but you should ask Muhammad. So I will be approached and I will say: I am for it. So I would seek permission from my Lord, and he would grant it to me. So, I would stand before Him, and extol him with praises which I am not able to do now, but with which Allah would inspire me, then I would fall in prostration and it would be said to me: O Muhammad, raise Your head and speak, and you would be listened to; ask and it would be granted, intercede and it would be accepted. So I would say: O Lord of My nation, My nation. It will be said: Go, whoever has in his heart (he said either:) a weight of righteousness or a barite of faith, then take him out of it (Hellfire), then I will go and do so. Then, I will return and I would praise him with those praises, and fall in prostration and it would be said to me: O Muhammad, raise Your head and speak, and you would be listened to; ask and it would be granted, intercede and it would be accepted. So I would say: O Lord of My nation, My nation. It will be said: Go, whoever has the weight of a mustard seed of faith in his heart, take him out of it. So I go and do so. Then I would return and praise him with those praises, and fall in prostration, and it would be said to me: O Muhammad, raise Your head and speak, and you would be listened to; ask and it would be granted, intercede and it would be accepted. Then I will say, O Lord, my nation, my nation, and it will be said: Go, whoever has in his heart the lowest, of the lowest, of the lowest of the weight of a mustard seed, take him out of it. So I would go.
Every prophet has a supplication that is answered, and I want by Allah's will, to delay my supplication as an intercession for my nation on the Day of Resurrection.
Whoever says when he hears the call to prayer: O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and the established prayer, give Muhammad the Wasilah -eminence- and privilage and raise him to the praiseworthy position which You promised him; He will be assured My intercession on the Day of Resurrection.
