(7) It is He who has sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Book; in it are verses [that are] precise - they are the foundation of the Book - and others unspecific. As for those in whose hearts is deviation [from truth], they will follow that of it which is unspecific, seeking discord and seeking an interpretation [suitable to them]. And no one knows its [true] interpretation except Allah. But those firm in knowledge say, "We believe in it. All [of it] is from our Lord." And no one will be reminded except those of understanding.
(92) And this is a Book which We have sent down, blessed and confirming what was before it, that you may warn the Mother of Cities and those around it. Those who believe in the Hereafter believe in it, and they are maintaining their prayers.
(37) And it was not [possible] for this Qur"an to be produced by other than Allah, but [it is] a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of the [former] Scripture, about which there is no doubt, from the Lord of the worlds.
(88) Say, "If mankind and the jinn gathered in order to produce the like of this Qur"an, they could not produce the like of it, even if they were to each other assistants.
(1) [All] praise is [due] to Allah, who has sent down upon His Servant the Book and has not made therein any deviance. (2) [He has made it] straight, to warn of severe punishment from Him and to give good tidings to the believers who do righteous deeds that they will have a good reward. (3) In which they will remain forever. (4) And to warn those who say, "Allah has taken a son. (5) They have no knowledge of it, nor had their fathers. Grave is the word that comes out of their mouths; they speak not except a lie.
(1) Ta, Ha. (2) We have not sent down to you the Qur"an that you be distressed. (3) But only as a reminder for those who fear [Allah].
(113) And thus We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur"an and have diversified therein the warnings that perhaps they will avoid [sin] or it would cause them remembrance.
(106) Indeed, in this [Qur"an] is notification for a worshipping people.

(76) Indeed, this Qur"an relates to the Children of Israel most of that over which they disagree. (77) And indeed, it is guidance and mercy for the believers.
(3) Or do they say, "He invented it"? Rather, it is the truth from your Lord, [O Muhammad], that you may warn a people to whom no warner has come before you [so] perhaps they will be guided.
(31) And that which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], of the Book is the truth, confirming what was before it. Indeed, Allah, of His servants, is Acquainted and Seeing.
(29) [This is] a blessed Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that they might reflect upon its verses and that those of understanding would be reminded.
(23) Allah has sent down the best statement: a consistent Book wherein is reiteration. The skins shiver therefrom of those who fear their Lord; then their skins and their hearts relax at the remembrance of Allah. That is the guidance of Allah by which He guides whom He wills. And one whom Allah leaves astray - for him there is no guide.
(27) And We have certainly presented for the people in this Qur"an from every [kind of] example - that they might remember.
(1) Ha, Meem. (2) [This is] a revelation from the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. (3) A Book whose verses have been detailed, an Arabic Qur"an for a people who know. (4) As a giver of good tidings and a warner; but most of them turn away, so they do not hear.
(7) And thus We have revealed to you an Arabic Qur"an that you may warn the Mother of Cities [Makkah] and those around it and warn of the Day of Assembly, about which there is no doubt. A party will be in Paradise and a party in the Blaze.
(12) And before it was the scripture of Moses to lead and as a mercy. And this is a confirming Book in an Arabic tongue to warn those who have wronged and as good tidings to the doers of good.
