If one of you sneezes, let him say: Al-Hamdulellah (praise is due to Allah). If he says so, his brother should say: Yarhamuka Allah (may Allah have mercy on you). If he is told so, he should reply: Yahdeekum Allah wa yusleh balakum (may Allah guide you and set your affairs right).

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) commanded us to do seven things: attend funerals, visit the sick, bless one who sneezes, accept invitations, support the oppressed, fulfill oaths, and return greetings.
